Reflections: A Century of Handwashing Innovation tells the story of a family-owned company that over more than 100 years has made commercial washrooms and plant floors safer, cleaner and more useable. We published the book in November 2021 for Bradley Corporation, a worldwide leader in commercial washrooms, and emergency and industrial solutions.

The 124-page book centers on the invention of the washfountain—an ingenious solution to a problem sapping morale and productivity in the World War I-era workplace. That one product spawned a diversified business that today is in its fifth generation of family stewardship. We produced the book for a core readership of employees, sales reps and distributors, customers and members of the Mullett family—providing the first complete documentation of the company’s history; honoring the contributions of family members, leaders and employees; and giving the family as well as the company a vehicle to help carry the legacy forward.
